Hi, I’m Jessica Dietrich, founder of Relax Travel Group—and I truly believe travel should feel exciting, not overwhelming.

I started Relax Travel Group with one simple goal: to take the stress out of travel planning and replace it with confidence, ease, and experiences that feel personal. The kind of trips that don’t just look great online, but actually flow well once you’re there.

Before becoming a travel advisor, I spent years working in marketing, where I honed my skills in design, detailed planning, and logistics. I’ve always been someone who loves organizing the details—timelines, connections, and contingencies—so others can simply enjoy the experience. Eventually, I stepped away from the corporate world to focus on my family, and that chapter shaped the way I approach travel planning even more.

In 2021, my son was diagnosed with autism. Navigating life—and travel—through that lens has given me a deeper understanding of how important thoughtful planning truly is. Every traveler is different. Every family has unique needs. That perspective influences every itinerary I create, whether I’m planning a family vacation, a group trip, a romantic getaway, or an incentive experience.

Today, I draw from my love of travel, trusted destination partners, and real-world experience to craft personalized travel plans that balance great experiences with realistic logistics. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all trips. I believe in travel that reflects you—your pace, your interests, and your comfort level.

When I’m not planning trips or traveling, you’ll likely find me strumming my ukulele, attending live concerts, spending time with my family, enjoying a day on the golf course, or behind the camera capturing moments that inspire me. With a background in graphic design, I bring a creative eye to everything I do—because the details matter, and presentation is part of the experience.
